Mission Statement

We are a church in desperate need of God’s presence, so we gather in unity & harmony to create a space where God dwells. We are a people brought out of death and into life in Christ, so we humbly draw near to Him for this to be a place where God restores. We are on heavenly mission to make known the kingdom of God, so we echo Isaiah, “here I am, send me,” to make this a place from where God sends out.

We are ZION and you are welcome here!

  • "For the Lord has chosen Zion; He has declared it for His dwelling place:"

This verse emphasizes God's sovereign choice and His desire to be in close relationship with His people. Zion, as the chosen dwelling place, represents the idea that God is not distant but has chosen to dwell among His people, making His presence accessible and central to their lives. Zion can also be seen as a symbol of the church or the spiritual presence of God among His people, indicating that God chooses to dwell among His followers, wherever they are.

We want to be a church that houses the presence of God!

  • "You will arise and have mercy on Zion; for the time to favor her, Yes, the set time, has come."

This verse carries a message of hope and trust in God's promises. It reassures believers that, even in difficult times, there is hope for God's intervention and blessing. The mention of Zion as the recipient of God's mercy and favor ties back to God's promises to His people, emphasizing that His plans are sovereign and that His timing is perfect. In a broader sense, it speaks to the hope that God will heal the brokenhearted, gives strength to the weary, and set free the oppressed. God will show mercy and favor at the appointed time.

We want to be a church where God is restoring His people!

  • "The Lord who made heaven and earth, Bless you from Zion!"

This verse serves as a benediction, a prayer of blessings that come from God, through Zion. It reflects a deep belief in God's providential care and His willingness to bless His people. The blessing coming from Zion suggests that God's favor is tied to His relationship with His people, and it emanates from the place where He is most intimately connected with them, going throughout the lands.

We want to be a church that God uses to send His blessing out to the world!
